If you are experiencing issues with logging in to Loop, there are a few things you can try to resolve the problem.
First, please close the app (or browser) entirely and re-open it.
Please enter the code sent to your phone to log in. If you donāt receive the sms within 60 seconds, try again by clicking āResend codeā button.
Double-check that you are entering the correct login credentials. Make sure that your email and password are entered correctly and that your caps lock is not on.
If you are still having trouble, try resetting your password. You can do this by clicking on the "Reset password" button on the login screen. Follow the prompts (or enter the verification code) sent to your registered email to reset your password, and then try logging in again.
Please note that must sign in to your Apple, Google, or Facebook account you used to sign in with Loop for the first time to continue logging in. If an error occurs
